Aernout is an experienced attorney (+ 15 years) who combines quick insight into the essential elements of a legal problem with sound advice and execution. In addition, Aernout has the right drafting and negotiating skills to act as a lawyer for a diverse group of clients. Aernout enjoys working with (international) clients who are result oriented. Aernout also has the experience and creativity of entrepreneurship, so he can easily communicate with (young) entrepreneurs and understands their needs. Stephan has been a lawyer since 2003 and mainly advises and litigates in disputes in the field of corporate law and insolvency law. Stephan also has a lot of experience in the field of reorganisations, takeovers and securities. Stephan gets regularly appointed by the court as a trustee in bankruptcies or administrator in suspension of payments. Due to his extensive experience in insolvency law, Stephan is very suitable to assist clients in disputes with trustees and in cases concerning directors liability, as well as to advise on a restart or acquisition from bankruptcy. Stephan has successfully completed the Grotius Specialization course in Financing & Securities and the Grotius Specialization course in Insolvency Law.

Roland was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019, specializing in insolvency law and labor law. He began his career at a large international firm in Amsterdam and has been working at Levenbach since 2022. Roland advises on and litigates many issues in the field of insolvency law. He is also frequently appointed as a trustee by the Amsterdam court in bankruptcies. As a result, he has extensive experience representing the interests of parties on both sides, enabling him to quickly get to the heart of the matter.
