Our expertise
Corporate law
Commercial contracts as a common thread
The core of our practice is drafting and reviewing commercial contracts-from distribution agreements to employment agreements and from merger and acquisition agreements to commercial agreements. We call it corporate commercial.
We advise and guide transactions. And when necessary, we litigate.
We are also specialists in restructuring and insolvency matters. In that context, we are often involved in all processes of companies in financial difficulties. In addition, we are regularly appointed by the District Court of Amsterdam as receivers in bankruptcies or assist parties involved in a bankruptcy.
Every lawyer at Levenbach has a clear focus on one area of law. When a case affects several areas of law, our lawyers work closely together. In this way, we combine speed and overview with in-depth specialist knowledge.
Corporate law
Business is about making choices: growing, collaborating, investing, restructuring. We assist entrepreneurs and investors with transactions and making sound agreements. We ensure that agreements are clearly recorded and, where necessary, we litigate.
What we help you with
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A): from LOI, Due Diligence, SPA/APA to closing
- Joint ventures, collaborations and shareholder/management structures
- Corporate governance: governance, AGM, decision-making and shareholder disputes
- Restructuring, financing and securities
- Litigation and disputes: from Court to Enterprise Chamber but also alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and binding advice.
This is how we work
You get structure in the process, clear contract documentation and strategic advice on the negotiation points that really matter. In proceedings, we are clear in our expectations which, based on our many years of experience, we can often assess well.
